Review, review, review!

Born 1990 and raised in Oshawa, Ontario, I write fiction that wanders the borderlands between folk horror, magical realism, dark fantasy, and the psychological. I have written three books (Meshkwadoon: Book 1, Meshkwadoon: Book 2, and Mr. Strong) and will be publishing my fourth (Sefira's Gloom) in Fall 2026. I've had a few short stories included in indie anthologies.

Before self-publishing, I spent years devouring everything from The Lord of the Rings to Shakespeare, Anne Rice, poetry, and Jane Austen. I was in the Canadian Armed Forces for five years, where I had the opportunity to earn my humanities degree while working full-time in my trade. I wrote as a hobby when I was in my teens, but the belief that I could write a full book didn't come to me until 2019. When I’m not writing, I’m usually buried in research on mythology, religion, occult traditions, and the supernatural, which has fed the growing shadow of my current dark fantasy novel, Sefira’s Gloom.

I write what I'd want to read, as I imagine most writer's likely do. I'm not a marketing professional. I just write things that I feel would come to life when read off of paper, and if someone reads those things I've written, all the merrier.

I invite all notations, comments, and queries on my writing and anything I produce whether via email or through Instagram (below). I truly appreciate rich, critical, and constructive feedback. Despite all of the above and my methodical writing tendencies, I am a severe free-spirit. I am open to all opinions, backgrounds, and perspectives!
